No hidden fees
The price you see is the price you pay. No service fee, no booking fee, no cleaning surcharge. Tourist tax (required by Maltese law) is shown upfront before you confirm.
How direct booking works
1. Check availability. Use our availability calendar to find your dates. You’ll see an instant price with no obligation.
2. Send an enquiry. Fill in the short form with your dates, number of guests, and any questions. There’s no payment at this stage.
3. We confirm within 24 hours. You’ll receive a personal email from us confirming your booking, with a payment link and everything you need to know about your stay.
4. Arrive and enjoy. We send you a door code, a digital guest guide with local recommendations, and our phone number in case you need anything during your stay.
A real alternative to platforms
Booking platforms are convenient — we use them too, and we’re happy when guests find us there. But the platform model adds cost: they charge guests a service fee on top of the booking, and they charge hosts a commission that gets built into the nightly rate.
